IMPORTANT: Allowing ineligible athletes to participate throughout the season will disqualify us from attending NCHC events.

The Aggieland Homeschool Athletics Volleyball program uses the guidelines set forth by the National Christian Homeschool Championship (NCHC) for eligibility considerations (https://www.nchclive.com/guidelines/). 

 "Homeschooling" is defined to mean that a student’s education is parent-directed and done at home. Each year parents must indicate that their child’s education is parent-directed. It is up to the parent to assess whether their child meets the guidelines listed in this document. The membership may call into question the eligibility of a player, but this must be done at an official meeting and follow the same protocol as other business. Exceptions to the guidelines will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the membership. 

Please complete each step of the registration process in the order it is presented. 

1. Read the Aggieland Homeschool Volleyball Statement of Faith, Conflict Resolution Policy, Player Code of Conduct, Dress Code Expectations and Guidelines, Parent's Pledge, and Player's Pledge all found in the Volleyball Handbook. They are included in the Registration Form, and you will be asked to sign each one stating that you agree to abide by them. To save you time when filling out the Registration Form, it is recommended that you read these prior to starting. Any data you have entered in the Registration Form will be lost if you need to close it and return later to complete it.

2. Fill out the 2024 Volleyball Family Information Form

3. Fill out for EACH athlete the 2024 Volleyball Athlete Registration Form


4. A non-refundable registration fee is $125.00 per player. A $25.00 discount will be given for early registration. $100.00 per player is due on or before June 14, 2024.  After June 14, registration fees are $125.00 per player. Last day to pay registration fees is June 27, 2024.


5. A non-refundable security deposit of $100.00 is due on or before June 27, 2024. Athletes will not be permitted to try out for any team until payment is made on or before June 27, 2024. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your athlete's players fees.

6. You must register before you attend any evaluations or tryouts. Your registration is not complete until you have paid your registration fee and security deposit.  


Your athlete will not be named to a team unless Registration Fees AND Security Deposit payments have been made by June 27, 2024.
