Co-ops are groups of families that have come together to provide classes. These are usually not drop-off situations. Parents are normally required to remain on site and participate in the operation of the co-op by teaching, helping, organizing field trips or acting as administrators etc... Fees vary greatly between groups.
This is more like a school situation. The child attends a class 1 day a week and receives assistance and instruction from their parents for 4 days per week. This is a drop-off situation.
This is a group of parents that have come together to provide a group club experience. Usually, parent participation is required, although sometimes less than that of a co-op. Often these Clubs are the equivalent of a class in a public or private school.
